1.Determiners
Affixes के प्रभाव से मुक्त वे सभी शब्द Determiners कहलाते है जिनके बाद किसी Noun का प्रयोग होना आवश्यक हो जाता है|इस प्रकार Determiner के प्रयोग से यह सूचना मिलती है की अब Noun आने वाला है|
उदाहरण के लिए, जब आप किसी Sentence मे आ, an, the, my, your आदि लिखा हुआ देखते है तब आप यह जान जाते ही की अब अवश्य ही Noun आने वाला है|
प्रमुख Determiners
- Articles (a, an, the)
- Possessive Adjectives(my, your, our, his, her, it’s, their)
- Demonstrative Adjectives(This, That, These, Those)
- Adjectives Of Number And Quantity(First, Second, Third, Double, Twice, Thrice, Few, A Few, Much, Whole, More, Less, Last
- Distributive Adjectives(Each, Every, Either, Neither, Both)
- Interrogative Adjectives(What, Which, Whose)
- Some Phrases Denoting Quantity Of Number(Plenty Of, A Large Number Of, A Small Amount Of, A Lot Of, Lots Of
